An Update from IYN (COVID-19)

To our friends & clients –

We wanted to take a moment and let you know how we’re coping with all of this craziness right now in our world and want to also assure you that we are here for you.

We are praying every day for those who have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and we are thankful each day that our own team and families are staying healthy in their homes and are doing their best to avoid situations that may put them at risk.

This has not been an easy time for us, as our team thrives off of celebrations, dancing, singing, and excitement. Our hearts are broken for our couples who have had to reschedule their weddings to later dates and we are doing everything that we can as a small business to ensure that we will be there for when this all clears up and help you celebrate!

We are closely monitoring this situation and staying up to date on the changes in events as they unfold. We are following city, county and state-mandated orders as they arise as well. For those couples who had planned weddings in March, April & May that are being forced to reschedule, we are happy to change dates with no penalty or change fees as long as it’s before the end of this calendar year and the same DJ is available to do the rescheduled date.

For our couples who have weddings in June, July, August and beyond…we are fully committed to being at your event since there have been no orders that would prohibit your celebration from happening! If that changes, we will happily work with you to reschedule for a later date.

We also want to do our part in supporting local organizations that really need our help right now to combat the needs that are elevated during this time. To do that, during the month of April, we are donating a percentage of all transactions generated from new bookings for future weddings to the organization of your choice from this list: Dallas Foundation COVID-19 Relief Fund, North Texas Food Bank, Carter BloodCare, or Communities Foundation of Texas.

We thank you in advance for your business and your support, even during these times of uncertainty. The event industry as a whole is struggling right now, but we know that there will be a light at the end of this dark tunnel. Stay safe, stay healthy, and when your days are feeling long and tough, turn on some music and dance! We even included some fun music in our “Not Canceled” Spotify playlist on this page! That’s what keeps us going! <3
